Direct contact between Acumen field managers and recruiters is of highest importance for Acumen to ensure that queries and problems can be responded to immediately, therefore minimising any delays to your recruitment.

	Return a self completion form which informs us of their experience and what they can realistically manage.
	Provide us with up to date references that are always followed up.
	Allow 100% of their respondents to be personally pre-checked by an Acumen field manager.
