Our recruiters are all sourced, checked and trained by senior field managers at Acumen Fieldwork. Direct contact between Acumen field managers and recruiters is of the highest importance for Acumen, to ensure that queries and problems can be responded to immediately, therefore minimising any delays to your recruitment.

In order to work with Acumen, recruiters & interviewers must:

	Return a self-completion form which informs us of their experience and what they can realistically manage.
	Provide us with up to date references that are always followed up.
	Allow 100% of their respondents to be personally pre-checked by an Acumen field manager.
